Aire Solutions is seeking an individual for an in home diagnostic/sales position. The person must be strongly motivated, have excellent people skills, good organizational skills, and they need to have a basic understanding of home construction. Aire Solutions will train the successful applicant in the technical aspects of heating and air conditioning including proper sizing, layout, energy analysis, and house diagnostics. This is a position where you get to help people and solve problems. If you have that aptitude, are self motivated, totally trustworthy, and can work with minimal supervision, then you may be our person. You will work 45 plus hours many weeks but there is a lot of flexibility in the schedule. Compensation is a small hourly base plus commissions. Health insurance, uniforms, tool and communications allowance and training are some of the benefits. Minimum income expectation is $40,000 with $100,000 (+) possible.
