Take a leadership role in his/her Department – Operations – which ensures that safety, security and quality are not compromised. Monitor and coordinate all activities at the airport. Coordinate the technical sectors which may infer in daily operations. Support permanently his/her staff to ensure the success of a good airport authority management. Lead the daily briefing with all OCC staff in order to anticipate the difficulties of the day and undertake risk assessment Supervise apron management to contribute reducing the hazards, enhance safety and prevent accidents and incidents at the airport. Lead and is responsible for the OCC personnel (Operations Control Center) to ensure an efficient day-to-day operation along with a time responsive and cost effective process for AIG and its partners. Solve the problems within his/her capabilities and reporting to the higher level the problems exceeding his/her responsibility. Perform a variety of general office support work, such as filing, prepare correspondence, and provide for the maintenance of an inventory of office supplies and the repair of office equipment. . Contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of the units service to its customers by offering suggestions and direct or participate as an active member of a work team. Uses standard office equipment, including a computer, in the course of the work. Ensure that ‘quality process management controls’ considerations as a priority. Initiate daily operation procedures and making proposals to improve the operation activities of the airport.
