Airtel Zambia finally admitted their mistake yesterday after I made "noise" on Facebook. Some of the people they employ on their Customer Care line 111 are not very dependable because they have no technical knowledge. The lady who attended to me on Monday, on Customer Reference Number CDBC0715900386, for example had no idea at all of the size of a GB. She was trying to convince me that I had used 3.7 GB in about 24 hrs! If I was a technically "handicapped" individual, I would have fallen for the fallacy! The Modem where the bundles had "disappeared" is 0975 877607. The lady even had the cheek to tell me that since I have "exhausted" my allocation I was now connected at a slower speed. Which was not true at all! It is only fair that such individuals are removed from their staff.
