What is glaring is that it is not easy to convict an accussed person on murder or criminal case like this, the prosecution counsel must prove beyond reasonable doubt. There is too much lacuna leaved by the prosecution counsel to the extent that the the star witness contradicted himself, the bullets extracted from the body of victim were not presented as evidence in the court. Therefore, it is the responsibility of the court not to punish innocent soul because the onus of the proof lies on the prosecution counsel which based on the principle of "He who asserts must prove". On the other hand, the woman was killed not by the ghost, but by someone. It may easy to escape the jugdement of democracy but not that of Allah, He is looking at us, waiting to expose the killer either in this life or hereafter.....
