Things are happening so fast, its hard to keep up, but lets take nineteen States as a conservative estimate of the number of States with marriage equality TODAY. Fifty States minus nineteen States = thirty-one States. Three-fourths of fifty States is thirty-seven and a half States. Right NOW, if NO more States cave to equality (HIGHLY unlikely ... there are lawsuits all over the map), hes six votes short right NOW, TODAY. NO State with equality is going to vote AGAINST it.
