A straight-pull rifle for small game and target shooting. The full length stock is nice figured walnut with blacked forearm tip and grip cap as standard. The Lynx .223 is able to use the standard 5+1 shot magazine or the 11+1 extended magazine. The bolt action is still the same straight-pull design as the other Lynx models, giving you the super quick reloading times but with a lighter, quicker handling rifle design. The TD (Take Down) is a new revolutionary design. The ability to unscrew and remove the stock makes it easier to transport. Plus the new ergonomic trigger safety positioned for quick and safe shooting. A straight-pull rifle, perfect for stalking and target shooting. The trigger pull is adjustable between 0.5 and 1.2 kg. The walnut stock on the TD is in two, the forearm and the stock, which can be unscrewed and removed from the one piece action. The Action and Forearm. One solid steel action block with a forearm bar to support the forearm wood. The forearm fits onto the bar and actually gives a small gap from the barrel itself. The Stock. Made from fine figured walnut and can be uncrewed from the action block quickly. This means its ideal for transport as you can fit it into a smaller case. Safety MechanismThe Lynx TD features a simple but extremely effective safety mechanism. Located next to the trigger is a safety switch, which when is set to safe it dis-engages the firing pin, making it totally safe, even if its accidently dropped. Stock RemovalThe Lynx TD allows you remove your stock from the rifle with a supplied wrench. This is a welcome feature which gives you the option to take it down and transport in a smaller case.
