Alan Vought, Editor at the Aegis should be fired!!!! Proofing, good reporting, what are you doing over there? When approached about the story ran in todays issue, of pp&t about the blood drive for Alexz and you put Shawn Ponton down as driving the Mazda 3?????? Your statement was, you have to investigate that. UMMMMMMMMMMMM you wrote two front page articles on that accident in your paper and the story line was primarily on Tyler Anderson the driver of the car. Don t you remember or didn t you proof that? HELLO! Investigate? You guys even had it wrong when Alexz died. It was 12 days following her birthday. Not nine. Investigate??? You didn t even know the meaning of ALLOT! Websters meaning, to give a portion of, an allotment! Play on words and puts a lot at the end of the sentence. I emailed Bryna Zumer numerous times and stated and I quote,Sadly, I would prefer if your paper can not give them, the respect of a great story to there unfinished lives, then please don t bother printing this story. and I also stated and quote, it has been utterly disheartening that your paper has lost all heart. I gave your paper Allot of Alexz pamphlet and it stated exactly how many days she died following her birthday. WTH! Bad, weak, and totally pathetic writing. Please anyone who has read this I would ask for the Ponton family that you call the Aegis at 410-838-4400 or bzumer@theaegis and make it them retract this story and publicly apologize FRONT page. TYLER ANDERSON drove the Mazda 3 that spun off a hill at Prospect near Mill Green Rd., tearing the car apart. I know I lost my daughter from his performance..
