Aleader makes sure that excellence is consistently upheld. They require quality work for each person on the team. Therefore, being a leader means weeding out incompetence and poor performance. We can do this by having a clear picture of the kind of future that you want to create. You must also have the ability to communicate this vision to the rest of your team in a way that is exciting and inspiring. A leader is a role model. Being a role model means that we ourselves if we are to become leaders, must make sure that we are truly living the three laws of performance. A leader as a role model leads by example a leader walks the talk. You must take the encouragement that you are called and intended to be a leader. The Bible says that the Lord has made you the head and not the tail. As a leader, yes, you have many responsibilities. Specifically concerning the three performance laws, there is one vital thing that you have to remember. As a leader, it is important for you to engage others in these insights from the three laws. You can do this by sharing about the three laws to them. When this happens, you are actually creating an environment that is shaped by the three laws, thus allowing breakthroughs in the performance to take place.God bless
