Alfalfa update: Okay, so the test results are back from UC - TopicsExpress

Alfalfa update: Okay, so the test results are back from UC Davis. There was no weed, noxious or otherwise in the alfalfa. The hay was free of any foreign substance that would cause photosensitivity. For the full report, you can see a copy at Diamond C, Diamond B Hay Hesperia, and Lucerne Valley by tomorrow morning. The CDFA is conducting their own tests and as soon as they are available, I will post the results. We still need to help one another, encourage one another and be diligent in caring for these horses. Just because we have no known cause yet, doesnt mean were done. Lets continue our search. Thank you. Furthermore, we will be having a full store sale this weekend, Saturday and Sunday. Alfalfa-$14.75 All other hay-$1.00 off per bale. Bag feed-$1.00 off In store items-10% off *Pick Up Only* Next Saturday we will have a tack sale, bake sale, and take donations for the affected horses. This will be in the front parking lot from 10 am til 6 pm at Diamond C Hay and Feed, 10750 Sheep Creek Rd, Phelan, CA 760-868-2000 Any and all help will be appreciated. Diamond C will give 5% of our gross sales from next weekend, 8/9 & 8/10 to this cause. You can drop off your items to donate at Diamond C, Diamond B Hesperia and Lucerne Valley through next Friday at noon. You can drop off your items at CW Feed in Rancho Cucamonga by noon on Wednesday. Please share with as many people as you can and lets make it a huge success! Thanks again, -Chuck Jr
