Alhamdulillah, 5th Dec; Happy 3 months Baby Girl! Oh #BabyAbby, you’re growing WAY too fast my love. Everyone tells you how fast it goes, but, wow, I had no idea! It’s been such a fun & hectic (mixture feeling lol) month watching you grow and learn, you’re becoming such a cute little person! Likes: feeding, sleeping, smiling, laughing, bath time, car rides, busy & loud crowd and having freedom feet! Dislikes: silent environment (mostly shes wide awake the whole day because at home just me & abby during day time), stroller, carrier, mommy cooking, mommy and daddy trying to eat dinner & sleep early. Sleeping: You still sleep well (sometimes ) but you’ve been going shorter stretches at night. Recently, you’ll go down around 7, up around 1, up around 3, then up on a off until about 8. Your naps are pretty consistent, 2-3 short naps and 1 long one a day. Bracing myself for the 3 month sleep regression! I really don’t mind it though, I just keep thinking how fast this time is going to go, and I know I’ll miss nights of staring at your sweet sleep face. Feeding: Oddly enough, I feel like you’re feeding as crazy as you were last month, current feed from 120ml up to 180ml, in less than 3hours gap (obviously its way too much for preterm baby like you) I can’t WAIT for when you can start eating solid & real food! Playing: You’ve definitely started playing with us more and smiling . Your favorite toys are a crinkly blanket, Olaf & Cathy Doll. Toys are also starting to go right into your mouth! Height/Weight: tho your blocking nose still annoyed you yet you putting on weight every time we had an appointment, well done baby, I know you’re getting bigger and bigger! Sizes: You’re quickly growing out of size 1 diapers, and those tiny month clothes get tighter each day. I refuse to believe 3 month clothes fit you. Milestones: You’re officially 3 months and we all could not be happier! You’re loving more brace free time, but still don’t seem to mind putting them on at night. You’re smiling ALL the time now, on command even! Daddy says you’re ready for the big girl crib, which may be true, but Mommy isn’t quite ready yet.
