All 134 seats in the Minnesota House of Representatives are up for grabs on Election Day. Democrats have a 12-seat majority, 73 to 61, but a few hundred or a few thousand votes could flip it to Republicans. The GOP needs a net gain of seven seats to take control. However, the battle will come down to a district-by-district fight in about 20 races where the seats have a chance to flip from one party to another. Many of those races are outside the Twin Cities.
