All 6th grade students need to have a Tdap (Tetanus, Diphtheria and Pertussis) booster before entering the 7th grade in the fall. The State of Ohio requires all students have this vaccine before entering the 7th grade. Therefore, your child will not be allowed to attend school without a record of it. After receiving the Tdap booster please send a copy of the updated immunization record to your school office. This vaccine can be obtained at the Williams County Health Department.
