All City Lock & Key, LLC, was extremely rude and dismissive of me when I went back with the key they cut for my Malibu. The first guy was great, but when he couldnt figure out what to do... The other guy (the one with seniority) came out, tried turning on and off my car a few times. The key was sticking a couple times I could tell from the pause and extra effort he put into turning the key. But of course he wouldnt admit this, he claimed, its working just fine, no problems at all. Then suggested I try, I of course did. And it was fine the first few times, then got sticky again. I had already tried explaining what I know to be the problem, but this guy just ignored me completely. He said, No, its fine. It works, yourd just trying to make a mountain out of a pine needle.... No, just because Im younger than you, just because Im disabled, doesnt mean I dont know exactly what the problem is. But he tried blaming the other key, the ignition, and me... Everything and everyone but them, and their piss poor job.
