All Governments nearly always operate in deficit. The Menzies government was in deficit for 23 years. It is nothing new. Australia weathered the GFC financial storm to emerge as one of the lowest debt against GNP countries in the world. The present government with its slashing of government income, tacit support for corporate tax evasion, a breathtaking increase budget expenditure in is emerging as the most fiscally irresponsible & economy wrecking in the history of Australia if not the world. Time for the LNP to learn to live within it means - intellectual & educational that is...and allow more steady hands to steer us away from the disaster that is Australias certain destiny without immediate recalibration, repair & recovery of our economic & societal equilibrium!
