All I tend to hear is people bad mouthing Arnold Clark. This morning, I was in VW Greenock just before nine without an appointment. Headlight bulb and windscreen wipers changed, delicious cup of free coffee consumed, free bottle of screenwash “acquired”, interesting chat with staff and fellow customers had, and on my merry way by twenty past nine. Cost? A jaw dropping £29.10………. only paid for parts! Only have good things to say about AC VW Greenock. The staff (George, Isabel, Kevin and the team) and service are simply brilliant. Been using them for 15 years or so. Don’t know if they are the absolute exception to the norm when it comes to AC dealerships, but can’t praise them any more highly. Stupidly bought a car from a salesman at AC Ford Linwood once though – he was a dick.
