All, It is safe to me to go ahead and explain the last few weeks. Many have been wondering why I have been ejected from Nekocon staff and why my health problems escalated. I kept silent until I can get appropriate advice on what to do. I did. I will stick to only the facts. Allegations of me misappropriating funds on Katsucon 2012 is the reason why I was ejected and that I took payments of space paid for by Nekocon. That there were drinking that I did in their space. As you know, you cannot prove a negative. I will say that I didnt do any of that. However, here is what I can say that I did do. Keep in mind, this was the epic EXECUTIVE SUITE ROOM of 2012. With my projector. With my screen. Which I paid for. Everything. This was the weekend of the griddle. The cinnamon challenge. Ju-beat. Mofu-Mofu. In MY room. That I paid for. With my own money. In fact, at the time, I had access to student grants and loans. I got money back. Guess what I did do? Yup. Used it! Not wise of me, but at least it was my own mistake of using my own cash in this method. So this is indeed my own room. Just to make sure, I checked 2013 AND 2011 to ensure there were no typos. There is no transactions of either Square OR PayPal present on the stated time periods or even the padded periods. I will provide such records easily. Remember too, this was the time period I was going through a rough time. I was (and still am) clingy to a lot of new friends I have met at AUSA 2011. I stuck with them all weekend. It is also noted that I also stay in the hotel room many times, because I love seeing my friends come up. I have the appropriate witnesses, receipts, documentation, and so forth that have stated that I was elsewhere, including time-stamped photographs and videos in which I was shown present for both evenings. I also have the behavior of being forgetful, and I keep all notes and receipts in some sort of method. There are also appropriate witnesses, dozens, perhaps hundreds knowing where I was at every minute. This includes former senior level staffers on up. When I ask for money, I state why, how, and in what way it is being used. This have been my behavior. My parents have told and always teach me that if you were a steward to someones money and you misuse it, it comes back to bite. Lying. Breaking the 10 commandments. Comes back to bite. This is why I got ejected. Over allegations that I can state that I was elsewhere when anything of that nature happened. This is why Im wrapping things up here. This is why I state that I am seriously considering Washington State. I need a fresh start. Away from drama from various directions. My mind does not need this. My health does not need this. If you have any questions, I will answer. I will however not state my opinion on this matter. Again, I will be sticking to facts and facts alone of what I did do. You are also permitted to ask any former director on where my presence was. And you know what it is? Elsewhere. (Oh and Dwaine Ashton McCrea II , I was an assistant director and then upgraded to director at later 2012. I have never asked for funding unless I had receipts and for very specifics. All chairs for such years know that I do that as my general behavior. Even to the dime.) Edit: Upgrade to Director of Administration at 2012 occurred, not 2013.
