All Judges ruling on alleged foreclosures should me required to attend Mortgage Compliance Investigators class and Judges should be required to then pass a test to show proficiency in forming lawful mortgage loan packages. Judges should then be required to swear to their oath to uphold the US Constitution with emphasis on protection of property. The problem --- our society is such a mess...the wild - wild west like never before. You have some judges aiding and abetting in crimes - such in my case. I had an escrow open Progressive Escrow of Brea to pay off the alleged creditor Wells Fargo. My investors willingness to refinance the tiny balance of $120,000 was a resounding NO due to the larger than life attempted theft.---The investors laughed when the investors saw the fake documents filed on my home. The investors rolled on the floor laughing when the saw the Federal Court records whereby they witnessed Federal Judges suggesting case law to use against me; a Federal Judge who is responsible for rough cutting a hearing tape aka tampered courtroom hearing recording -( thank goodness I had witnesses); a Federal Judge who ordered a Wells loan clerk to testify telephonically and explain her Fake Documents filed in the Federal Court....the crooked attorney Todd Garan of Pite Duncan LLP convinced me for a continuance so he could prepare this clerk...and it was all over at this point.....abuse from Judge Robert Kwan and the criminal attorneys kicked in high gear. The clerk was NEVER forced to appear. When I moved the judge to force his order, Judge responded, Are you going to pay for her travel expenses? Judge Kwan knew he ordered the clerk to appear telephonically. I could go on and on ....My Defense--illegalities and my primary witness Lynn Szymoniak to prove crimes..Szymoniak was denied to make appearance in court. I would tell people----stay away from courts unless you go to law school or some other venue to learn procedure. Do all in writing Administrative Procedure. Gather all proof of the crime outside of court-----until courts are safe again. The courts right now are invested with SHARKS. Attorneys- many do not understand the crime and their no it all attitude harms their clients --costly! Until the courts are safe, stay away from courts...unless you find a white knight attorney who understands the crimes. Stay away from BK courts unless you are assigned a white knight judge who upholds the US Constitution. BK Courts are Article 1 courts --they work for the Banks aka Federal Reserve Bank - a private corporation. Much of our items are financed with the worthless securities called Federal Reserve Notes. The Federal Reserve Notes are private property of the owners of the Federal Reserve Bank. Under Legal Tender Act we can redeem the worthless Federal Reserve Notes to lawful money under title 12 section 411 - I believe.....you would get this approved by your banks attorneys. It is the law.
