All Progressives Congress (APC) has finally been registered as a political party in Nigeria against all speculations and innuendoes that the PDP will use their power not to make it happen. First and foremost let me commend JONATHAN who promised that he will not interfere in the election process, truly 2011 election was like 85% fair and now registration of APC shows that there is truly insignificant or no interference. Another commendation goes to ATTAHIRU JEGA who has written his name in gold unlike his counterparts, MAURICE IWU, DAGOGO JACK and EPHRAIM APATA. It is the free and fair election he delivered that is transforming Ogun, Oyo, Imo, Ondo and some other state today. The registration of APC is a good one for our nascent democracy, I am one of the advocates of two party systems and the registration of this new party with toes that direction. No matter how powerful PDP may be as a party, this will give them real fight for their power. Let us now face the reality part of the whole drama that is about to be unfolding towards 2015 election, what is APC’s objective, to wrestle power from PDP and eventually take over the sharing of national cake or to come and solve Nigeria’s numerous problems. It is some of this people from PDP that have decamped to APC so what do they have for the common man. Whom are we relying on among them all to take us to the promise land, is it Buhari, Tinubu, Tom Ikimi, Nuhu Ribadu just to mention few. Whatever the case is, its going to be an interesting game of politics from now on.
