All airlines suck but some more so than others. Aegean airliness website does not allow for multi-segment booking, their 24/7 reservation department in the US is open 10-1 without an indication of time zone, their German one is simply not responding (endless hold). Such incompetence!! Ah, and in the meantime, even if I were willing to go through the pain of booking four individual flights (and they charge for the convenience of paying by credit card or anything else but their own card!!), the fare went up. The only competent folks there seem to be the ones doing revenue management. Christos Stergiou, time to take over the airline and make it more efficient
