All bin charges regardless of which company you are with will be charged by weight from this year, this is what people were warned about at the time of the bin tax disputes, your charge for bin collection has risen by 120% in 5 years, Has your income risen by that much?. The water charges are happening right now and you know them lunatics that are out protesting right now, you know them the gobshites who are marching all the time and stopping people from getting into town to do their shopping well that is what they are marching for, as soon as Irish water is allowed in the bills will only go one way and that is up. If your water charges were to increase 120% from what they were initially going to charge you before the protests forced them to back down you would be looking at nearly €1000 a year or roughly €20 a week, can you afford that? because that is exactly where it is going. The man waiting to privatise your water is a man called Denis O Brien, Denis has bribed our politicians to make a fortune for himself but he pays no tax in ireland as he is a tax excile, Denis owns TOPAZ so do yourself a favour and get you and all your friends and family to boycott it because every cent you spend there is being used to install water meters by his company GMC/ Sierra. One last thing, do you remember everyone payed the property tax? that was was to be given to the councils to make our areas better places and keep up the maintenance, not one cent of this money has gone to the councils, all of it has gone to Irish Water so as they can privatise our water (just like the bins) and then them and their buddies can make a fortune off our backs forever.
