All my complaints seem to be falling on deaf ears. My phone line 042-36301149 is dead since 8th of July. My over 80 complaints on 1218, website and customer support box have been fruitless despite assurances. The supervisor at 1218 is also not accessible. I am being billed for fixed packages on a dead line. Pl help or advise what I should do !!!!!!!!!! At least PTCL should have the courtesy to reply. Shabir Ahmed Qureshi 0300-4199725
