The original Raos restaurant opened on East 114th Street in 1896, and Raos still delights us today. Marinara, Tomato Basil, Vodka sauces, and more are divine on pasta, but are equally as good when used in preparing chicken, pork, shrimp, steak, caponata, bruschetta, and even over polenta.
