All of my friends who label themselves as liberals will look at this and be appalled that Verizon paid zero in taxes in 2010, most likely attributing this to the evils of capitalism and big business ....without even giving a second thought about our government still giving them 700 million dollars of taxpayer money in refunds. This is what happens with big government, they protect their big business counterparts. Shrink government, return money to the people, and you will see big business shrink. Maybe that tax system of ours might get fixed too. :)
