All of these men bore the brunt of negative critiques from society as well as from a select number of family and friends. Nevertheless, they chose to fill themselves with a consuming love of God and service to his Church. These ordinary men desired to feast on the one thing that could truly feed their innermost hunger — a hunger for God, a hunger to serve others through the ministry of the Church.
