All of you know Im just a regular guy just loving and living life to the fullest. Respecting everyones opinion and what they do as well as myself. I m not ashamed to admit Ive become a better Christian over the last 6yrs. This does not make me perfect, NOBODY is, I thank God for bringing me through some very tough times. I thought two MSP Recruit schools and 26 yrs of law enforcement made me a tough hombre. Well I must tell you God has brought me through some things Ive experienced in 5 yrs I never faced in 26yrs, things I didnt think I had the strength to overcome. But by Gods grace I did, I just want to say I have one and maybe a second surgery (to be determined after tests Thursday) and Im being real when I say.... Im scared. But I look at the people who are no longer with us and my current family, friends, and aquaintances and you all have given me life experiences. Im listening to two very old gospel songs, Dont Give Up by the Jackson Southernaires (one line says As long as their breath in your body, youve got a chance!) and the other one is Holy One by Tremaine Hawkins (among her lyrics these stand out Day will make a way for night, I dont want to lose this fight see Ive fooled around much too long..... Holy One I never want to let you down! Now I dont want to weigh you down with all this heavy stuff but you see Im here at home all alone with no one to talk to. One doesnt know how much he/she misses that till its gone. Well my songs have ended and so has my melancholy mood! I just want to say thank you all for filling a deep void in this chapter of my life!
