All of you who view my posts think I must do nothing all day but sit around post and ruminate. well, facebook is a pleasant distraction for me and it is almost like working in an office where I can take a break and check out what is happening in peoples live or the world. just so you know, in the last two days, I have: 1. read three hundred pages of a jury trial transcript 2. studied some mechanics of very complex traffic accident resulting in a death 3. arranged for copying of videos and photos to present in an upcoming trial 4. studied the ballistics in a triple homicide out of Los Angeles 5. played phone diplomacy to get a matter dismiised 6. made discovery requests to a prosecutor 7. negotitated a settlement of a case in Orange County 8. and talked several times to a client in preparation of trial So when you see me hit facebook it is my coffee break.
