The Epiphany today is more commonly known as Les Rois meaning the kings. The first Sunday of January French family will gather and share and eat a galette des rois together regardless of their faith. The recipe demonstrated below is the recipe of La galette des Rois also known as La galette à la frangipane or La galette parisienne. It indeed originates from Paris.
