All ready for a cold half marathon tomorrow at Christchurch. Have plenty of layers to throw away before and of course for after, as in the program, it is important that you have warm dry clothes close to the finish line. I like that idea! Has been freezing and I think this will be the coldest race Ive done. Note the old fashion timing chips on the shoe. Almost forgot how to put it on, At least a good half hr walk to start will warm me up.
