So whoever puts what I consider the corniest joke in the comments below will win one free dinner for this weekend. 1st Pork belly crepinette, corn, blackened onions, greens. OR House-made mozzarella, corn, peaches, basil, pickled fennel. 2nd Dixon melon soup, charred corn, prosciutto, tarragon. OR Quinoa, fried corn silk, eggplant, corn, chive oil. 3rd Seared Oregon albacore, pickled corn-bacon relish, smoked tomato broth, black eyed peas, herb salad. OR Duck breast, jasmine-pickled peaches, miso corn cake, pea shoots. OR Squash-black bean tamale, green chile sauce, fresh cheese, Spanish barley. 4th Sweet corn budino, blueberries, cornmeal shortbread.
