All that glitters is Jaisalmer .. The golden city built of yellow stones. Built in 1156AD , immaculately showcase the changes over the years the burnt and wounds inflicted by invaders, the songs and dances of the damsels , period of peace and prosperity, the conspiracy and the evil designs of the act of devil, the ultimate win of the self respect and Rajputana pride, the story of valour, bravery, the warriors .. and I must say the wrinkles of the city tell the story if you want to sit and listen to its journey from the foundation of the Jaisalmer fort to the gradual transformation of the forts to palace and now to a Boutique hotel called Mandir palace .. Yet firmly carrying the yesteryears tradition as it is... Impressed very very much ....
