All the AMAZING moves I do started with mastering the BASICS !! Got a GREAT workout in with @ochocinco on South Beach this morning. Nothing is better then doing & mastering the basics. In order to do the extreme moves you must build not only strength but endurance, an you MUST use strict form & full range of motion when performing the basics in order to build these things including proper muscular development. IT AINT HARD TO TELL !! LIKE & SHARE TAG FRIENDS TO INSPIRE THEM
