All the people who backed SOPA the last time around are trying to push through a voluntary agreement. These voluntary agreements will allow copyright holders to strip sites of their domain names, stall their finances and remove them from searches, all without any legal or court action. Essentially we have said no to SOPA and copyright holders plan to put them in place outside of Government intervention and under our noses. I repeat, copyright holders are trying to implement the SOPA bill without it ever being passed.
