All the pieces are coming together for our new website launch in the coming days! We will have some AMAZING prizes up for grabs donated by some of my coolest friends as part of the celebration for a new brand and new adventures! In case you missed it, Jens Paleo Kitchen will now be known as Barefoot Kitchens, to represent my philosophies and passions more appropriately! We will be explanding our services over the next few months, to make available gluten,grain and refined sugar, fats and salt (dairy optional) free meals and goodies available in cafes, gyms and other businesses in our community. As well as Personal Nutritional coaching, personal chef & catering, and more hands on workshops and information sessions to help you get started on a healthier, cleaner, happier life! Soon this pages name will change to Barefoot Kitchens, and our website will be moved to a new address but dont worry we will still have all your favourite recipes AND more available, as well as a comrehensive list of our community resources and health professionals!
