All these iditos saying concealed carry is the answer to this. Just how many of you would be willing to by a house from a Realtor with a firearm in their hand(s)? I guess they think a criminal is going to give the Realtor time to dig the firearm out of their purse, breifcase, or bag? Really? Think about it before you make stupid comments! Try implementing a policy that requies all buyers to come to the office, and leave a copy of their state issued identification with the office. Look at the identificaiton and if there is any doubt about the identity of the person on the ID being the person who has it, get another agent to go with you, or pass the client off. No commission is worth your life!
