“All things that I have heard from My Father I have made known - TopicsExpress

“All things that I have heard from My Father I have made known to you” (John 15:15). I am a child of God—No longer a slave, but a son. For a slave does not know what his master is doing; but to me, Jesus has made known all things that He Himself heard from the Father. There was a time for thousands of years when nobody could know the thoughts of God, His thoughts and plan were a mystery. “My thoughts are not your thoughts, nor are your ways my ways” declared the Lord (Isaiah 55:8-9). That was during the Old Covenant, when not even the prophets who prophesied of the favor to come could understand God’s thoughts, though they made careful searches and inquiries seeking to know. At that time all men had was the ability to teach one another, men teaching men, men teaching the Law of God while they themselves remained blind to the thoughts and plan of God. Yet, there was a glimmer of hope… “Behold, days are coming” declared the Lord, “when I will make a new covenant…not like the covenant which I made with their fathers…I will put My law within them and on their heart I will write it; and I will be their God, and they shall be My people. They will not teach again, each man his neighbor and each man his brother, saying, ‘Know the Lord,’ for they will all know me, from the least of them to the greatest of them” declared the Lord (Jeremiah 31:31-34). Yes Beloved, even though there was a time when men were powerless to know the depths of God’s thoughts, there was the hope that one day they would become learners of the Lord (Isaiah 54:13). Then one day Jesus Himself testified that everyone who has heard and learned from the Father comes to Him, because they are taught ones of God (John 6:45). And so I am—I have the mind of Christ, I am God-taught! No one knows the thoughts of God except the Spirit of God. For who among men knows the thoughts of a man except the spirit of the man which is in him? Now I have received not the spirit of the world, but on the contrary I have received the Spirit out of God, in order that I may know all the things freely given to me by God. I have the mind of Christ. All things have been announced to me through those who proclaimed the good news to me by the Holy Spirit sent from heaven—things into which angels long to look. But a natural man does not receive the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him, and he is powerless to understand them, because they are spiritually appraised. But I am spiritual and can appraise the depths of God’s thoughts, not in words taught by human wisdom, but in those taught by the Spirit, combining spiritual words with spiritual thoughts. Indeed, the mystery which had been hidden from the past ages and generations has now been proactively and intentionally made clearly manifest, specifically to all those who have been set apart by God, to whom God willed to make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery. Yes, I am a child of God and I have the mind of Christ because Christ is in me! The anointing which I received from Him remains in me, and I have no need for anyone to teach me because His anointing teaches me about all things, He holds nothing back. So my faith does not rest on the wisdom of men, but on the power of God. I have been sealed with the Holy Spirit inside and when I read I am powerful to understand the understanding of Christ. And Christ is the power of God and the wisdom of God! Through the true knowledge of Him, God’s divine power grants me everything pertaining to life and everything pertaining to godliness. This is why Jesus calls me a friend, for all things that He has heard from the father He has made known to me. I am a child of God—His thoughts are my thoughts, and His ways are my ways. Praise God! Your citizenship is in heaven Beloved, may the word of Christ richly dwell within you. Blessings.
