All this dirty politics stuff. Bah! While this very unbecoming behaviour is shocking and I like heaps of others totally disagree with all the underhandedness if substantiated, we do need to find the strength to rise above this. I know....tough ay. I for one will not celebrate the fact that this furore could be used by many not to vote this Election. Nearly 1 million did not vote in 2011. Please dont allow this dismal stat to crack the 1 million mark! Why? Because there is still a nation in dire need of solutions to address the many ills we face together. And the reality is that Government through a mandatory responsibility to its citizens play a key role in making this happen. Yes its a total nonsense so the hope is that investigations will bring those who are found guilty to immediate justice. Our freedoms and the integrity of our democracy deserves nothing less - agree? So this rort is inasmuch about a potential threat to our democracy evidenced by this stuff being used as pawn in a dirty chess game that seriously needs cleaning up! Not voting this Election will not help clean this up. In fact my view is that this in many respects affirms this contemptible behaviour through being silent when in fact a voice, our voice, is needed now more than ever. Dont mean to offend but just saying. So yes lets not sit by idle and silent this Election and lets find the strength to rise above this as tough as it is. We simply cant allow our next generation to inherit a broken down democracy and worse to be benefactors from the fruit of this rort. Get out and vote and lets clean this up - no excuses! #powerofthepeople
