All this talk is well and good but what the heck is going on with these Home Owners in Maple Ridge renting Illegal suits out to the hidden homeless and others for crazy rent prices no one can afford let alone the places that are legal. Who is it that stops this kind of action I know of a few homes getting close to a grand a month and have done so for at least a few years now. What are they doing to our council to make them look the other way >? At just under a grand a month for five ten YEARS THATS A LOT OF TAX Money being hidden and Not being PAID a TAX On . How can the City of Maple Ridge let this continue ??? And Yet still claim they are helping to make affordable housing for those on low incomes, its simply Not true as they scam every underground dollar they can muster to be spent here, is this why >? I believe there is much more to this than meets the eye as Councils knows full well the Homeles list is much longer than they report and the hidden homeless is much more vast here in this City and it will become even more visible with population growth. Yet Maple Ridge seems to turn its head the othe way on this issue, Who is being paid off, the City or council >???? And WHY >??? Can this not be a Legal and law abiding city or are we still dealing with crooks >/? Housing is a Problem here for any average person, what is the City of Maple Ridge going to do about it >? And When ?
