All this to say that fighting Terror in the form of ISIS or other armed thugs is to no avail . Such a war can never reach an end or achieve a victory of some sort . It could make some progress but cannot win the war because in such a war the losses of lives and material do not count since they are both equally replaceable . Therefore, this war on Terror - as waged and promoted by the World Order and by Russia- is nothing but a big conspiracy and a trap in which Arab countries- like Syria - have fallen . Such a war seeks to protect Israel by having Arabs and Muslims kill one another . It also seeks to reintroduce the predators- who created Terror - to the scene under the pretext of fighting Terror absolving them from the crime of creating Terrorism and catering to it . It is the predator west that should be sought and fought and not their tools of hired thugs or Arab Gulf sponsors.
