All those ladies that are in a tiz about Cardiff half marathon , listen up ... Angharad Rees who ran Lake Vyrnwy in 1hour 43 mins last Sunday was running with c25k group this time last year ! Angharad comes to sessions whenever she can fit it in ( 5 children , job and a dissertation to finish ) . When I spoke to her last night she said that she didnt find Lake Vyrnwy easy by any means and that she could / should have trained more . However she completed it and Im sure she will do lots if other races in the future . Anything is possible ladies , set your mind on the finish line and you will get there , most if all ENJOY it 🏃💨💨
