All three sampled recipes are worth making again; both salads/salsas are awesome. Could handle both recipes in frig all summer long. We grilled chicken... no mop, no marinade, just plain chicken... awesome with the veggies. Meanwhile Faith got herself in some trouble related to current knitting project. Our week old cardi pup, Myra, is thriving and her adopted Pembroke sister, Myrtle, is doing well too. So active we had to cage her in a sock to weigh her (thanks for the idea Jody Buktenica). Will eventually post some photos.... just busy-ness in a good way :)
