All vehicle Registration Official Number plates only be allowed to use for display on LTV/HTV. Nobody should be allowed to use personalized number plates. The Number plates should be made from a reflective material for visibility during night time, black characters on the white background painting. A code for Vehicle Colour and car brand to be added or included on the plates. City Code and Model Number is already reflected on the plates. If a Lahore Registered Car driver/owner intends to travel Islamabad, he should take travel authorization or permission letter from the Lahore City Traffic Police Office against the provision of his NIC or CNIC copy. This will minimize terrorist movement in the country and provide safe travel environment. Toll Plazas n Check points are available on both GT Road and Motor way should not be used as source of revenue generation, lets use them for public safety and security. All explosive materials, gun powders, sulphur, remote control devices, ball bearings, bolt n nut to be banned for sale completely in the country. Borders, Airports, Seaports to be strictly observed and secured. All VIPS, Diplomats, parliamentarians travel as normal passengers and must follow the country rules.
