All went well yesterday...I am now an Albany property owner! My brother was able to meet me for emotional support and even treated me to lunch. Now I can hardly wait to get started. A rescue friend has offered to share her rescue dream house plans with me. I am hoping that will give me a place to start. I am also blessed by help offered to me...a family friend that is a draftsman (woman) by profession and my wonderful rescue friend, Alison and husband Mike have offered to meet with me for ideas. And my sweet brother has offered to get over there to bush hog and burn wood trash piles soon so we can better assess what I have to work with. Again, I am asking of my rescue friends to offer any ideas/suggestions you may have on building the best possible place for the babies to thrive and be happy in a home environment.
