Allhamdulillah. We already have our first family sponsored by brother Eshan who is sponsoring the family of Rajea Begum. Rejea Begum is a 62 year old lady who lost her husband at the age of 25. She has been breaking bricks to make concrete since she can remember. She has 3 daughters all of whom are married. The eldest daughter, Najus husband left the family many years ago and got re-married. He left 3 kids with Naju who sell bags for 5 takka (3p) to shoppers in order to make ends meet. Altogether Rejea has 20 family members and what a fantastic Ramadan this family will now be having. Our second family we would like to get sponsored is that of Aher Banu from Kisoreganj. Aher is a 60 year old lady who has been breaking bricks for the past 45 years. She lost her husband many years ago, and has 7 children. The eldest daughter Husna, is 40 who also lives with Aher with her additional 2 children. Ahers youngest son Maheen, is only 10. He studies in class 4.
