Allo FB! In a couple of weeks, its my birthday. And I need you. Is this a cry for gifts? Do I want the Nausicaa manga or Turning Point? NO! Well... yes, I do want those things, but thats not the point of this update. On Friday, June 6th, one day after my birthday, Debs and Errol are playing Lees Palace... a whole night of geek revelry. Well be there with Copy Red Leader, Epic Game Music and Spruke Recordings! So... what is my request? Well, if you know the venue, and the other bands, theyre ROCK YOUR WORLD kinda bands. You scream, and shout, and dance, and throw undergarments at them. We sing happy songs about Narwhals and Totoro. No one has thrown anything hinting of lace at me. Not even my wife. You see the disconnect. Thus, I wish for all of you who are in/near Toronto and of a geeky nature to come to our show! Now, if you ARENT a bit nerdy or geeky, I would suggest... uh... you try to get your friends to go instead of you. I mean, yes, it will be an awesome show, but... I know most of you guys are into things like... sports. Or camping. Or sharing pics of food and kids and doing FB quizzes. (These are not bad things, theyre at least more normal than things I do). And believe it or not, some of you have been wondering when we play in Toronto! Well, this is it. We wont play a FULL show in Toronto for months. We only play conventions now (and the odd cameo)! Wow, this is a long status. TL;DR - We have a show. Please come so that were not embarrassed about being the odd band out in the awesome lineup. ^_^
