Allow me a moment to vent. I put an empty, plastic garbage can, with no wheels, lying down, with the top inside of the can, out with my garbage. I even wrote on the can, please take. I watched as the trash receptacle collector picked it up, looked at it and threw it down. I began yelling to him as Im in my house with my window open. I went out as they arrived at my neighbors home, next door and yelled to the trash receptacle collector, I whistled my biggest, loudest whistle. The truck drove off. Found them one street over and this is what he said. How am I supposed to know its trash? Oh I dont know, Maybe because it has no wheels, is next to my garbage can, empty, lying down, with the top inside. They walk amongst us!!
