I think they called it hotline, because after you get through tons of automated prompts and finally get to talk to a live person youre already hot-headed and so frustrated! Sudden water interruption without any advisory, a customer service agent who only aggravates a clients misery, endless diggings that only worsen traffic wherever you are in the city. Maynilad, if you cant improve your service, might as well change your greeting. Mapagtimping araw is more appropriate.
