Alloy Outreach History By: the late pastor Marcelo Puguon (He submitted these pictures n this article April 1995 for d souveneir program of KCF on its 10th anniversary) It started as a prayer cell group in Surong, Alloy in d house of bro. Alejandro Cumiha by bro. Roberto Lipihon. After 2 meetings they invited me other brethren from the KCF Center (poblacion) to join them. The attendance increased an they wanted to turn it into a weekly bible study n not just a prayer group. When Pastor James was informed about d request he agreed to make it as an outreach of KCF. He andcd elders took turns in leading the bible study. Because of the distance, they requested that they have their own worship service every sunday afternoon. Pastor James readily agreed. He led the first sunday service in the afternoon of July 3, 1993. He also apointed and installed me as the pastor-incharge of the outreach. Last February 1995, the service was moved from 2:00pm to 10:00 in the morning. And we decided to have Christ Witnessing Church Fellowship (CWCF) as our name based on Acts 1:8. We have now 27 regular members out of the 43 converts. Our goal is to reach 50 regular members by the end of the year for the glory of God. At present CWCF is stl a house church. Our temporary chapel is the upper room of sis. Bugan Ballitok, who had been bed-ridden due to arthritis but got miraculously healed in one of our meetings. We do not have funds to construct a building. We are looking for a strategic site that would be more convenient to the members. We leave all these to the Lord, the master planner and engineer. Amen.
