Almost 10 years a go I packed all my things (mostly jamon and paella) and left Spain to start a new adventure at PDI. On my second week somebody said to me break a leg before an animation review.. so I skipped the meeting and went straight to the gym, climbed to the highest point of the climbing wall then jumped off, mission accomplish. I spent the following 3 weeks in the hospital, I didnt know almost anybody in the US, so needless to say it was an extremely depressing time... BUT... from the very first day I started to get visitors from PDI, people that barely even knew me other than oh yeah the Spanish guy that takes things too literally. I had people spending time with me and bringing me things to read, video games, and food almost every single day... that moment I realized how special PDI was. The day that JK announced the horrible news I felt a very familiar pain, but this time It wasnt my leg, it was higher and closer to my chest... I think we all deserve some morphine.. right about now... sys_hey motion@pdi
