Almost 5 p.m. on Thanksgiving. What can I say? Went to the AA thing earlier and stayed for a meeting. I hadnt been to one in close to a year and only saw 5 or 6 I knew from before. Since a lot are in recovery houses and not from around here I imagine some get well then go back where they came from. I resisted going shopping out of boredom in protest to people being made to work on Thanksgiving. Made 16 bean soup that came out excellent. Took a good nap. A little sad that Im not home with family but chances are really good for that next year. R.G. is with her family in Maryland for Thanksgiving but will be coming up to see me Saturday. (I love you R.G.!!!
