Aloha kakahiaka. All the past months practices, preparations, sewing, pinning, practices oh and did I mention practice? Hehehehehehe.....smile all will be revealed today. Join us as we celebrate the opening of the 51st Annual Merrie Monarch Hula Festival. The Merrie Monarch Hoʻolauleʻa begins this morning at 9:00am it is free and goes all day. Many exciting groups to perform. We Hālau Nā Pua O Uluhaimālama under the direction of Kumu Hula Em Liʻiliʻiokalani Aceret begin this afternoon at 2:00pm so come on down. May your day be filled with Love, Peace, Magic, Hula, Aloha, ʻUkulele, and Feathers. Itʻs not just a dance itʻs life as we know it. :)
